BERRY COTTAGE (sleeps 3-4):  Berry Cottage is a comfortable self-catering farm cottage with 1 large main bedroom fitted with a queen-size bed and en-suite bath/shower/toilet. In addition, the lounge area has a ¾ bed and a double sleeper couch. The lounge has an inside fireplace and the verandah has an undercover built-in braai.  Free Wi-Fi, guesthouse package DSTV and air-conditioning. BLUEBERRY& CRANBERRY APARTMENTS (sleep 4 each): Blueberry and Cranberry are adjoining luxurious, classic country-style apartments on the second floor of the cellar. Each spacious open-plan apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests in combinations of 4 singles / 1 double + 2 singles. Free Wi-Fi, guesthouse package DSTV and air-conditioning. The large modern bathroom has an en-suite bath/shower/toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, and Fridge/Freezer.  Large veranda with undercover Weber braai facilities. Briquettes for Weber braai soldon site. GARDEN SUITE (sleeps 2): Lovely garden room (double bed or singles by prior arrangement only) with en-suite shower/toilet. Small, but comfortable, the garden room is suitable for a short-term stay. It adjoins the main house but is privately situated with a separate entrance. Enjoy lovely mountain and garden views from your room. Kitchenette with kettle, 2 plate/countertop oven, toaster, microwave, electric frying pan and bar fridge. Free Wi-Fi, guesthouse package DSTV and air-conditioning. A portable drum braai is provided in the garden. 

A comprehensive guide to local activities and restaurants is provided in the room. The list of activities includes Liqueur & deli tasting at WildebraamCellar, birding, hiking in surrounds or in Marloth Nature Reserve (1.5km), mountain biking and berry picking (in season). A 9-hole golf course is 1.5km away and various sports clubs are in Swellendam.  

Little ones (and older ones!) will love Sulina’s Fairy Sanctuary and Swellendam also has several art galleries and local potters and artists. Well-worth visits could include the local Drostdy museum, Bontebok National Park, De Hoop Nature Reserve, and RobertsonWine Route-just to mention a few.  There are also lovely day trips into the countryside including Barrydale, Montagu, Robertson, Malgas and Arniston. But, most of all, lots of RELAXING!! Winetasting and country meandering is the order of the day.
