Stanford Still is a new house at the edge of the village, completed in September 2020. Looking onto a private nature reserve, it has a great feeling of openness. It's a short walk from the Klein River when you feel like a swim, and from the village centre's local restaurants, shops and events. 

Our home is modern, simple and warm. It accommodates 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. The bedrooms are upstairs. Bedroom 1 has lovely views from 4 large windows, a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. A separate bathroom is fitted with a shower-over-bath. Downstairs is an open plan with a fully equipped kitchen, scullery with dishwasher, lounge area, dining area, a fireplace for cold days, and a covered patio with built-in braai. Generous glass over the stairwell provides lots of light and a feeling of openness, as well as lovely views.

Stanford in the Overberg is well known for its hiking trails, quad biking, beer and wine tasting, mountain biking, bird watching, and iconic attractions, including Phillipskop Mountain Reserve, Panthera Africa Big Cat Sanctuary, and Sir Robert Stanford Estate.
