Situated in our garden is Lloyd Road Cottage, based in a very convenient location, close to many schools, hospitals, the airport and shopping centres. Not far from the beach either. We have been operating for many years on and off but are now doing it seriously. 

• The cottage has a little lounge area with a smart TV - We can connect the DSTV if required.
• The bed is a double and there is a small dressing table area. There is an electric blanket on the bed in the winter months.  
•  The kitchenette is well equipped, with a large fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, and small toasted sandwich maker.  
• A full bathroom, with a shower and a bath.  
• The small patio looks out onto the garden. 
• There is plenty of parking on the property.   
• We have solar panels and an inverter.  
• Port Elizabeth has been very short of water recently but have water tanks and make use of this water in the cottage. 
• The Wi-Fi is uncapped and there is a booster in the cottage so the signal is very good.
