KAALVOET VILLA is the entire top floor of this upmarket self-catering holiday home with four en-suite bedrooms.  It is the ideal place for a group of friends or family to spend precious time together and create memories.  Kaalvoet Villa offers you a very spacious open plan living area ideal for entertaining.   The well-equipped kitchen has a double SMEG stove, ample crockery, cutlery and utensils, a fridge/freezer and a scullery with a dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board and iron.   

There is an indoor braai/fireplace and a deck overlooking the Ocean and green Fynbos area.  See the spectacular sunsets of Yzerfontein from the deck.  Enjoy this luxurious and beautifully decorated home with uninterrupted views of the ocean, a fynbos green belt adjacent to the house as well as Dassen Island and Table Mountain!   

The 4-bedroom house can accommodate 8 people: 

• Bedroom 1:  1 Super King bed with a bath and shower       
• Bedroom 2:  2 x Single beds with a shower       
• Bedroom 3:  1 x Queen bed with a bath       
• Bedroom 4:  1 x Super king bed with a shower    

PLEASE NOTE:

• A damage deposit of ZAR R2500 is required when booking the Villa. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 5 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.

• Unfortunately, no weekend or holiday swops can be accepted for the Villa.
