A dining table and four comfortable chairs, together with a sleeper couch, comprise the living area.The sleeper couch is suitable for two young children.

As space allowed for only one washbasin, the bathroom vanity has been positioned alongside the tea station in a kitchenette-style layout—an intentional design choice to keep the space practical, efficient, and hygienic.

The unit is therefore semi self-catering and best suited to shorter stays or guests who appreciate a well-designed, cosy studio layout.
