Grace Cottage is situated in a small, peaceful neighbourhood in Bloemfontein. We strive to keep things simple yet comfortable while maintaining a warm country atmosphere. We are centrally located and close to the N1, the University of the Free State, Mediclinic Bloemfontein, Universitas Hospital, sports stadiums, Grey College, Eunice High School, Mimosa Mall, and the Waterfront.

Our accommodation includes single and double rooms, as well as family units. The rooms are furnished with either a double bed, a king-size bed, or two single beds, along with a sleeper couch, chairs, and a small table. Some of the family units also include bunk beds with full-size single mattresses. Each unit features a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, two-plate stove with a 24-litre oven, cutlery, crockery, and other essential kitchen utensils. The bathrooms feature either a shower or a shower and bath. Towels and shower gel are provided for your convenience.

A complimentary light breakfast is provided in each unit and includes yoghurt, muesli, cereal, a muffin, juice, as well as coffee, tea, butter, jam, and other breakfast essentials.

Each unit also offers DStv, complimentary Wi-Fi, fans, heaters, hairdryers, and electric blankets. Solar backup power is available during load shedding and power outages, ensuring that essential services remain available. The units are serviced daily, except on Sundays and public holidays. Guests are also welcome to make use of our braai area. For families travelling with young children, a camping cot and baby bath are available on request.

Secure parking is provided within the property's gated premises, and guests receive a remote control for convenient access.
