This conveniently situated Karoo Lodge offers a fully equipped home, recently renovated to include a magnificent veranda, wood-burning hot tub, various outdoor seating areas, a braai area and a pub. The self-catering home has 3 bedrooms all with double doors opening onto the porch. Nguni has a double bed en-suite bathroom with a shower. Zebra and Aloe rooms both have 2 x 3/4 beds, each sharing a bathroom with a shower and an additional vanity basin area. There is an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area and has a cosy fireplace for those Karoo winters.

Our Stone Cottage is a rustic and authentic self-catering unit with basic kitchen facilities. There are 3 bedrooms which all share a single bathroom. The bathroom comprises a shower, toilet and basin. Outside is a wood-fired hot tub, shower and a funky “Karoo loo” long drop boasting a spectacular view. The cottage runs on 12v. Gas oven & stove as well as fridge /freezer. 

Situated on 480ha of rehabilitated veld comprising of renoster veld and the succulent Karoo. The farm is divided into 2 game camps, a north camp of approximately 200ha (this is where the Lodge is and where a number of herds of springbuck and a small herd of Gemsbuck are found) and the Southern camp being the larger camp, has 3 dwellings where Zebra, Red Hartebeest, Blesbuck and a number of naturally occurring small game such as Klipspringer and Duiker are found. 

Surrounded by the splendour of the magnificent Swartberg, Kammanassie and Outeniqua mountains, the views are breathtaking. Sunrise and sunset are glorious times with a palette of colours specific to the Little Karoo. Shades of orange and ruby will paint the skies as the day burns to an end. The focus of the owners is the conservation and rehabilitation of naturally occurring vegetation. Surrounded by working farms, this is a small piece of land where visitors can experience the beauty and detail that the Karoo offers to those who are willing to explore and allow their senses to be awakened.
