Our location is in central Sea Point (Only studios available all bigger units on long leases), conveniently located just off the main road in a tranquil one-way cul-de-sac. In our Swop and Stay profile, we offer two self-catering studios. Each studio is equipped with a kitchenette, a 1-plate induction cooker, a bar fridge, and a microwave. Please note that we do not have family units available, as our studios are designed to accommodate a maximum of 2 people per studio.

There is a common rear deck with braai facilities and a small plunge pool open during the summer months. 

We prefer to do Swop and Stay from Sunday to Thursday, weekends we are generally busy but may consider a weekend at the last minute if available. During the peak season, which spans from December 15th to January 15th, as well as during long weekends and major events such as Argus and Two Oceans, we regret to inform you that we do not facilitate swops. This is due to our limited size and the heightened busyness experienced during these periods.

Our facilities include complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi (fibre), Open View TV, and a shared plunge pool. Cleaning services are provided only after your stay. We are conveniently located within a short walking distance from the picturesque Sea Point Promenade and the sandy beaches of Sea Point. Numerous restaurants and shops are in close proximity, including a Pick n Pay and a Small Woolworths just a stone's throw away. Additionally, easy access is available to key attractions such as the V&A Waterfront and Green Point Stadium, both situated approximately 2.5 kilometers away.
