• Log into your MEMBER DASHBOARD and click on ADD LISTING to complete your listing, upload your photos and hit submit
• In less than 24 hours your listing will be live on our website 
• Once your listing is live 20 SWOP TOKENS will be added to your swop account and you can start swapping!

• Meet other members: Network and meet other accommodation owners.
• Fill your empty beds: You fill your empty beds and earn tokens to spend later.
• Rewards: You can use your tokens to reward a staff member or spoil a family member or a friend.
• Exposure: Your establishment is featured on our website and social media platforms.

• Step 1: Search for accommodation and request availability first by messaging the host.
• Step 2: The host then will confirm availability. Please note that as the host you have the choice of accepting or declining a booking request. 
• Step 3: Once availability is confirmed you can make your booking via the website by completing the booking request form on the listing detail page.

The general rule is a token per person per night, but a minimum of two tokens per room. For example: 

• 1-2 guests: 2 tokens per night.
• Sharing the same unit or room thereafter: 1 token per person per night.
• When only 1 Person is occupying a room: 2 tokens per night.
• Please Note: When two rooms are requested for 2 people, two separate bookings should be made.

OTHER EXAMPLES:

• 1 guest stays for two nights: 2 tokens per night = 4 tokens total spend
• 2 guests stay for two nights: 2 tokens per night = 4 tokens total spend
• 4 guests sharing a room or unit and staying for two nights: 4 tokens per night = 8 tokens total spend

• Accept bookings and host fellow members (the tokens they spend are allocated to your account).
• Recruit a new member and earn 8 swop tokens.

PURCHASE AND BANK TOKENS:

Purchase Tokens

• You will only be allowed to purchase tokens if you have less than 20 tokens in your Token Bank.
• Once your payment reflects in our bank account, we will transfer the tokens to you.
• You will only be allowed to purchase tokens if you have hosted other members during the last 3 months or made some referrals to recruit more members to join.

Bank Tokens

• You can only bank tokens if you have more than 100 tokens.
• Preference will be given to members with the most tokens.
• Once tokens banked has been sold, Swop and Stay will deposit 15 EUR per token in your bank account, after which you will be allowed to bank another 20 tokens then.

• Swop tokens earned never expire and are carried over annually as long as your membership fee is up to date.
• When you sell or close your establishment, your listing will be deleted but you can still use your tokens to make bookings for the remainder of your membership year.
• You do not have to swop with the member that booked with you. You can make a booking with any other member in any destination, national or international using your tokens.
• No debit or credit tokens are applicable for children under 3 years of age.
• A token is based on accommodation only. Additional meals or services may be charged for.
• Your establishment star grading may be reflected on your listing page. A 5* grading automatically qualifies you for a Premier Listing (2 tokens per person per night). Proof of grading has to be submitted.
