Leliekloof Lodge is set within an outstanding valley called the 'Valley of Art’ on the Stormberg mountains in the Eastern Cape. Accommodation is offered in the main farmhouse and in the rondawel. Leliekloof Lodge offers a unique farm holiday experience where friends and family can enjoy activities such as hiking, guided rock art tours, fishing and cycling.
Thanks to Leliekloof’s unique environment, the landscape is a stunning high altitude wilderness at 1800 m, where Skulpspruit river chiselled a beautiful gorge through sandstone and dolerite hills.
Accommodation is offered in the main farmhouse which can accommodate up to 8 guests. The farmhouse is booked out exclusively to 1 group at a time, offering a unique farm holiday experience where friends and family can enjoy activities and relax together.
The first bedroom contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is a large room with a double bed, a three-quarter bed, and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is an upstairs loft room that is furnished with a double bed, a three-quarter bed and 2 single beds, and is ideal for children. There is a separate bathroom facility downstairs. Electric blankets are provided on all beds in the winter.
The spacious farm-style kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a gas oven, fridge-freezers, and a microwave. The dining and living area are open-plan. The dining area contains a 10-seater dining table and chairs. The living area contains a built-in bar, ample seating, and a large Alpine fireplace. Wi-Fi is available. The farmhouse has an indoor braai room with a built-in braai.
