Gull House and Cottage are on the same erf and can be occupied separately or together. The entrance is through a remote gate and within walking distance (or a short drive) to the beach and mouth at Sedgefield.

GULL HOUSE 

Gull House can comfortably sleep seven people and is ideal for families looking for a vacation house near the ocean. The house has three en-suite bedrooms upstairs, all with ceiling fans. Two rooms have double beds, and one has twin single beds. There is a single bedroom downstairs with a separate entrance and bathroom.

The upstairs area has an open plan lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a TV (with a selection of DVDs) and leads out onto a large, private patio with a built-in braai. The property also has a double garage (remote-controlled) and one undercover carport, plus a laundry room that has a washing machine and tumble dryer.

GULL COTTAGE 

Gull Cottage sleeps four pax- 2 adults and 2 children. One room has a double bed and one room has twin bunk beds. The cottage has a bathroom with shower, an open-plan kitchenette, lounge/dining area with a TV (as well as a selection of DVDs) leading onto an undercover patio with a braai. There is a remote-controlled single garage and the use of a twin-tub washing machine.
