ArtSea House is a charming Art Deco-styled self-catering holiday home centrally located in Linkside, Mossel Bay, situated very close to all amenities, beaches, the harbour, and Point. 

This property can accommodate up to 8 guests at a time and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a guest toilet. The main bedroom is comfortably furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with both a bath and shower. The second bedroom includes a double bed, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds, each with its own en-suite bathroom with a shower. The remaining fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds. Linen and bath towels are provided.

The home boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, and fridge-freezer. The lounge and dining area have ample seating for guests to dine and relax. The home features an indoor braai area, and for guest entertainment, a TV and access to free uncapped Wi-Fi are available. Not very suitable for the aged, disabled or small children, as the rooms are only accessible via stairs. The balconies have open, wire railings - children have to be supervised when on the patio.
